Walter Joseph Anderson on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at his home in Destrehan, Louisiana. Son of the late Alberta Lewis and Louis Anderson, Sr. Husband of Doris "Dot" Anderson. Father of Annette Anderson, Glenn Ford, Jr., Kecia Charles, Veronica and April Young. Brother of Leona Connolly, Roland (Elaine), Raymond (Maxine) Richard (the late Joycelyn) and Clarence Anderson, the late Wilhemina Jones, Louis, Jr. (Shirley living), Fredrick, Lawrence, Leroy and Clarise Anderson. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age 86 years. A native of Montz, LA and a resident of Destrehan, LA. There will be a walk through viewing at Robottom Mortuary, 850 Highway 44, Reserve, LA on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM only followed by a private family service. Interment St Peter Cemetery, Reserve, LA. Following state guidelines for covid-19 everyone in attendance must wear a mask and practice social distancing. Service by Robottom.
