Florence J. Myers, Harwood, ND passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Rosewood on Broadway.

Florence was born July, 28, 1919, in Loma, North Dakota to Julius and Rose (Otto) Dura. She grew up on a farm in Loma, the youngest of two brothers and six sisters; her family called her Ole. Florence attended school in Loma. She worked in Grand Forks and during World War II she worked in Tacoma, Washington, where she worked at Boeing making B25s. Florence married Leonard Wayne Myers in Tacoma on January 8, 1944. They came to Harwood after the war. They lived all their lives in Harwood. They had two children Leonard and Keith.

Florence is survived by her sons; Leonard, Grand Forks, ND; Keith (Rita), Grand Forks, ND. Grandchildren, Ladema (Grover) Gore, Lewisville, NC; Samantha Myers, Grand Forks, ND; Blair (Krystal) Myers-Leehy, Crystal, MN; Great Grandchildren, Grover (Bo) Gore III; Madelynn Gore; Wyatt Myers-Leehy; Oliver Myers-Leehy; Devin Leehy; Sisters-in-Law, Audrey Dura, Dorothy Ehlers, and Phyllis Myers.

Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; two grandsons, Kristopher and Derek; brothers, Art, Leo and Willie; sisters, Clara, Emma, Rose, Lena, Gladys and Millie.

There will be a Prayer Service on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. with visitation from 5-7p.m. at Boulger Funeral Home. The Funeral will be Saturday, October 21, 2017 at St Williams Catholic Church, Argusville, ND at 10:30 a.m. with visitation starting at 9:00 a.m.
