Mr. Thomas Harley Henry, age 93, of Blue Ridge, passed away Friday, April 9, 2021, at Ducktown. He was born December 1, 1927, to the late Thomas Lester Henry and the late Nobie Weaver Henry Dover.
He was a member of O'Zion Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army and Air Force. Thomas loved bass fishing and deer hunting. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Louise Henry Wood and Ruby Henry McCollum; and brother, Howard Henry.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Susie Parr Henry; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and John Cearley; grandson, William Jeremy Welch; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mark and Ann Henry and Ernest and Kim Henry; and brother, Charles Henry.
Following his request, a private graveside service was conducted Sunday, April 11, 2021, at 11 a.m. from the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery.
