From the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Tuesday, June 8, 1915, p. 5:
Miss Elizabeth Maury Searcy, aunt of Mrs. B. B. Ramage, died Monday night at 8 o'clock at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Ramage, 425 South Adams street. She was 84 years old.
Rev. J. B. Whaling, rector of Christ Church, Dallas, will read the burial service in St. Andrew's Parish Church this afternoon at 4 o'clock, the service being private. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
Because of Miss Searcy's death, the Sunday school picnic that was to have been held at Lake Erie Wednesday was postponed one week.
