Informant: Lou Farmer, Russellville, his son
Burial: Oct 20, 1922, Hickory Hill Cem.
(Note, same son "Lou" indicated his mother was married to "A. Jack Farmer" on her death cert. three months earlier.)
William died three months after his wife, Pamelia.
(*note: Permelia indicated she had 7 of 8 ch living as of 1900 and 1910. Have not determined if deceased child was from Clark or Farmer marriage. She is one of nine children with her parents as "Caroline", Cole Co. in 1850 and 1860/single/age 17. She married J.D. Clark sometime after 1860 census and had son, John Henry Clark, June 1862. Her husband "was taken for Civil War service, never to return. Five years later she married W.J. Farmer" {quote from her sons obit}. She married WAJ FARMER Jul 1966. Depending on her date of marriage to J.D. Clark, it seems more likely the deceased child was a "Farmer".)
Many family trees incorrect show Permelia's first husband as Randolph Clark who married a different Caroline Duncan, and incorrectly show this William Jackson Farmer with a first marriage to Elizabeth Curnutt, who in 1861, Cole Co., married a different William Jackson Farmer born abt 1825.
