Mark Stanley Chambers, Jr. , 53, of St. Petersburg, FL died Sunday, February 16, 2020 in St. Petersburg, FL.

Mark was born and had resided in Jacksonville, FL until moving to St. Petersburg, FL. He was a graduate of Bishop Kenny High School, the State of Florida Fire College, and IT Technology Institute. Mark was a licensed State of Florida Contractor and worked as an Independent Contractor. Mark's co-workers and those he met along life's journey always became his friends. We all reveled in his love of life and his love of his family and friends. He enjoyed sports activities and most recently returned to skateboarding and dancing. "You kept us laughing and searching for more. Thank you for encouraging us to reach for more out of life. You set the standard for all of us and we love you for it!"

He is survived by his mother Jaqueline B. Rowland, of Jacksonville, FL; father Mark S. Chambers , Sr. and step-mother Virginia Chambers both of Fleming Island, FL; brother Robert E. Chambers and sister in law Victoria S. Chambers both of Gulfport, MS, daughter Christina Sunshine Chambers of Clearwater, FL and is preceded in death by brother David C. Chambers of Columbus, GA. Also survived by lifelong friend Robin Sorenson of Jacksonville, FL and friend/mentor Robert Simmons of St. Petersburg, FL.
