In addition to his wife, Hazel Phillips of Greensboro, GA, he is survived by his six children, Becky Manley and husband John of Greensboro, GA, Jenny Carmichael of Greensboro, GA, Bruce Bullock of Douglasville, GA, Pete Phillips of Greensboro, GA, Scott Phillips of Greensboro, GA and Laura Rodgers and husband Adam of Macon, GA; brother, Bill Phillips of Orlando, FL; sister Anna Phillips of Bethlehem, GA; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; four great, great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
Memorial Services will be held on October 8, 2020, at 3 pm at Grace Fellowship Church.
