Daughter of Joseph Stephens and Catherine Glackin. Married Preston Vivion on 22 Nov 1832 in Monroe County, Missouri. Married William Boulware on 17 Mar 1842 in Monroe County, Missouri. Married Reese Davis on 24 Mar 1845 in Monroe County, Missouri.

Mrs. Sarah Davis died at home of F. V. Ragsdale Tuesday, she is mother of Mrs. Dysart, 89, daughter of Joseph Stephens.

Mrs. Sarah Davis, mother of Mrs. Dr. Dysart, died at her home in Paris, Tuesday after a long illness. She was laid to rest in the New Cemetery , Wednesday. Mrs. Davis was 89 years old and in days gone by had been a useful woman in the communities in which she lived.
