He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert L. and Mary E. Bilz Cook and brother: Bill Cook. Bernie is survived by his son: Dustin Cook; sisters: Rose (Roger) Gerdes, Debbie Cook and Barbara Cook; brothers: Bob (Donna) Cook, Gary Cook, Tony Cook, David Cook and Dan Cook as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the 12:00 PM (Noon) Memorial Service at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
