Mr. William Ballard Singletary of Stover, Mo., passed away unexpectedly at his home, on Thursday afternoon, October 1, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Almeda Taylor Singletary; two children, Connie Smith of Stover, Mo. and Bill Singletary of Harrisonville, Mo.; four grandchildren; four step grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Mr. Singletary was preceded in death by three grandchildren: Jason Ballard Smith, Devan Noel Smith, and Jarrett Wayne Smith.
