He was born September 8, 1976 in Steubenville the son of the late Darlene Ruth Holland and his father, Ronald L. Holland who survives in Irondale.
Brian was a graduate of the Edison Local High School and the West Virginia Northern College and had been employed by the Weirton Eat N Park restaurant.
In addition to his mother, Brian was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Darl and Ruth Furbee and paternal grandparents, Lynn and Evelyn Holland.
Besides his father Ronald, Brian is survived by his aunt Shirley (Greg) Stephens of Empire.
Visitation hours for Brian will be held from 3 to 7 Monday, April 12th with a celebration of life service following at 7 PM with Pastor Frank Rogers officiating.
A private family interment will be held Tuesday, April 13th at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery.
