Her survivors include two daughters, Kathleen "Kathy" Brennan and husband, Dan of Eatonton, GA and Linda Monahan of Virginia Beach, VA; three grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle and Jaime; four great grandchildren, Jake, Miller, Cole and Molly. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas F. Seda and a sister, Helen S. Kuzmkowski.
Penny dedicated her life to her community. She loved talking to people and never met a stranger. She was an active member of the Methodist Community Church in Harrison City, PA where she loved volunteering for the weekly Feasts, helping with weddings, and participating in bible studies. She served as Treasurer for the Penn Trafford Adult Education Committee for over 40 years, was a member and chairwoman for the Penn Township Youth Commission, and was actively involved with the Penn Township Library.
A Celebration of Penny's life will be held at a later date. The family requests any memorials be made to Westmoreland County Food Bank, 100 Devonshire Drive, Delmont, PA 15626.
