Of Fenwick, entered his eternal home in heaven on April 8, 2021, with his wife and stepdaughter at his side after battling many health issues.

Jerry was a talented wood crafter and for the past 20 years he made lathe turned bowls, various large furniture pieces, 3D cutting boards, and many other one-of-a-kind items. His talents were developed and improved through the encouragement and support he got from his wife, Doris. Jerry was also extremely proud of his military service. At the young age of 17, Jerry, with the support and blessing of his parents, enlisted in the US Navy where and quickly found his calling and became a member of the Navy's Seabee's. After his enlistment, Jerry attended the Navy Building School and Gorilla Training in California. After training, Jerry had 2 tours in Vietnam, first in Da Nang and then in Chu Lai, building military camps, hospitals, mess halls, and airport runways. Jerry also did tours in Okinawa and Guam, with stops in South Korea, Philippines, and Wake Island. Jerry was very proud of making the rank, 2nd Class Petty Officer during his four years in the Navy. Anyone who walked into Jerry's house could tell by the photos, commendations, and memorabilia, that he was a proud veteran who loved his country.

Surviving Jerry is his wife of 19 years, Doris (Ash) Pearson; his children, Adam & Aurora Pearson of Las Vegas; Jerry Pearson Jr. of Utah; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; the mother of his children, Susan McCready of Las Vegas; stepchildren, Joseph Palmateer of Fenwick and Liane Palmateer of Sheridan. He is also survived by his brothers, Larry & Lois Pearson of Crystal; Michael & Cathy Pearson of Stanton; sisters, Janet & Melvin Grubb of Six Lakes; Carol & Marvin Jeffrey of Stanton; many nieces, nephews, step grandchildren, great step grandchildren, and very special friends, Walt Rowan of Belding; special neighbors, Roger & Victoria Jeffers and Terry Poplawski, all of Fenwick.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Dale & Kathleen (Calkins) Pearson.
