She married Leelynn Harvey Holden on August 12, 1960 in Cordell, Oklahoma.
Shirley loved being a registered nurse and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, they were the light of her life. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Elk City and enjoyed when she could help with the Back Pack for Kids program at the church.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Fairlawn Cemetery Pavilion, Elk City, Oklahoma. Rev. Carol Waters will officiate.
Cherishing her memory is her husband, Leelynn Harvey Holden of the home; son, Stan Holden and Darlene Rose of Edmond, Oklahoma; daughter, Stacey Holden of Cordell, Oklahoma; sister, June Wright of Elk City, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Shelby Culwell and her husband, Bryson of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Halle Holden of Stillwater, Oklahoma; and a host of other family and special friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Silas and Alta Reeves; brother, Glynn Reeves.
