Mark Edwards Brooks, age 47, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He worked at Hardwoods of Morristown for 20 years. Preceding him in death was his wife, Shaylynn Samsel-Brooks; mother, Carolyn Brooks; grandparents, Cecil and Neil Frazier; and grandfather, Harry Brooks. Survivors include his fiancé, Tammy Evans; father, Roy Brooks; aunts, Beddy Lockhart and Miranda Frazier; cousins, Donna Lockhart, Lisa (Byron) Luster, Marty Peterson, Melvin (Charlene) Frazier, Ken Frazier; best friend, Shannon "P'nut" Hazeltine; and special to his heart were Megan McClanahan, Morgan McClanahan and Kingston and Arieona McClanahan and Kyson Hill. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Bro.
