Mikey was born early, because he wanted to see all of his family. He brought his identical twin brother, Kenneth Charles Ortega, into the world with him. Mikey was feisty and a fighter.
He is survived by his parents, Robin and Michael Ortega Jr. of Greeley; his sister, Addeline Rose Ortega; his identical twin brother, Kenneth Charles Ortega; his grandparents, Nancy and Jud Harten of Louisville, Kentucky, Kenneth and Susan Mosteller of Louisville, Kentucky, and Michael and Cyndy Ortega Sr. of Douglas, Arizona; his great-grandmothers, Matilde Ortega of Mesa, Arizona and Mary Pat Kehl of Douglas, Arizona; his great-grandparents, Charles and Pam Lobb of Exton, Pennsylvania. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
