Juanita Warren Benson, age 83, passed away April 6, 2021. She was born in Limestone County, AL and was a long-time resident of Giles County, TN until moving to Murfreesboro in 1962. Juanita was a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ and a long-time member of Minerva Drive/Salem Creek Church of Christ, where she served as the church secretary for 26 years.
Juanita was the daughter of the late Tom and Hephzie Alexander Hendrix. She was married to the late James A. "Bud" Warren until his death in 1986 and later married J.T. Benson, who died in 2012. She is survived by her son, Kenny (Pam) Warren; daughter, Pat (Ron) Hays; brother, David (Annie) Hendrix; sister, Jeanette Breeding; grandchildren, Ronda (Michael) Busey, Chris (Tracy) Hays, Bobby (Kassie) Warren, Bud (Megan) Warren; eight great-grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be at 12:00 PM until time of chapel service at 2:00 PM, April 9, 2021 at Jennings and Ayers with Ron Harper and Jamie Byrom officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Church of Christ Building Fund or Middle Tennessee Christian School.
