Funeral for Shaun DeWayne Brooks, 20, of Decatur will be Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Rex Riddle and Bro. Chris Riddle officiating.
Burial will be in Jones Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Brooks died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007. He was born June 25, 1987, in Morgan County to DeWayne and Donna Brooks.
He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Lauren Brooks of Decatur and Kristi Hostios of Hartselle; and grandparents, Ray Riddle of Houston, Atha-dean Swindle of Double Springs and Lela Brooks of Moulton. He is also survived by his extended family, Tony Dutton, Wesley "Cooter" Honeycut and David "Pucky" Allen.
Pallbearers will be Tony Dutton, Wesley Honeycut, Patrick Sewell, David Allen, Hunter Brooks, Kelly Dutton and Blake Dozier.
