Jack Long of Pine City passed away Friday, April 2, 2021 at the age of 92.
Jack Bernard Long was born February 14, 1929 to Joseph and Pearl (Reeser) Long in Williston, North Dakota.
Jack is survived by his children Linda Eck of Forest Lake, Michael (Pam) Long of Pine City; 8 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; siblings Dale (Lavern) Long of Anoka, Delores (Wally) Jewell of Mora; sister-in-law Loie Long of Pine City.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Pearl Long; wife Colleen Long; siblings Dwaine (Patsy) Long, Frank Long, Erwin Long, Lucinda (Marvin) Nelson, Dennis Long, Geraldine (Jack) Bolten.
Pastor Bruce Thompson will officiate at funeral services for both Jack and Colleen: 12 Noon; Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Swanson Funeral Chapel in Pine City. A time for family and friends to gather is planned for two hours prior to the service. Both Jack and Colleen will be interred in Birchwood Cemetery, Pine City.
