Cynthia "Cindy Lou" Danetta Wheeler, 62, of Carrollton, KY, died on Monday, April 5, 2021 at her home in Carrollton.

She was born on December 30, 1958 in Owenton, KY, the daughter of the late Daniel Webster and Virginia Bradley Webster. She graduated from Gallatin County High School and went on to further her education at Western Kentucky University, graduating with an elementary education teaching degree. Her first year of teaching was in Columbia, South America, she spent the next 33 years of her teaching career at Kathryn Winn Elementary School in Carrollton, teaching second grade. She was currently working for Jefferson Community Technical College in the Adult Education Program as a Career Navigator. She was a member of the Relevant Church in Carrollton.

Cindy loved to help people of her community, she helped organize several local Red Cross Blood Drives and enjoyed working and volunteering at the local food pantry. If you needed a good ear to listen to, she was always available. Her daughter Danielle was the love of her life and she enjoyed seeing that she had everything that she needed in life.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter; Danielle Wheeler of Louisville, KY, and her companion; AJ Avis, along with many dear close friends.

Her parents preceded her in death along with her sister; Regina Stewart and a stepbrother; Daniel B. "Dan" Webster.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limiting church occupancy to 60% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy. We also request that attendees please wear a face covering if possible.
