Mary Belle Heathcock Sexton, 80, of Strayhorn, MS passed away April 4, 2021 at her residence. Mary was born May 9, 1940 to the late Edwin Prentiss Heathcock and Laura Belle Woodard of Nettleton, AR in Craighead Co. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Manues of Tunica and Judy Sexton of Strayhorn; stepdaughters, Lawanda Rudd, Donna Orsburn, Stacy Helton and Peggy Hernandez; sons, Ricky Sexton of Strayhorn, Richard Sexton of Sardis, Danny Sexton of Strayhorn, Roy Tillman of Holly Springs and Terry Tillman, Jr. of Strayhorn; stepsons, Larry Tillman and Jimmy Tillman; sisters, Pat Lafleur, Betty Chaney and Nina Patti; brothers, Maron Heathcock and Maurice Hetahcock and lots of grandchildren, great grand children and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Sexton and stepsons, Tommy Tillman and Ricky Tillman. Mary was a child of God, she loved to read her Bible, cook for her family and to sew. She loved her family and loved to visit with anyone that would take the time to sit and talk with her. She lived a good life and was happy and always busy trying to raise children. She loved her children dearly and wouldn't take a thing for any of them. She loved playing games with her sisters whom she lovingly called, The Golden Girls. Mary said, "So I leave you now. Just know that I will be waiting on you in Heaven. I love you all so much"!
