Jeffrey Perry, age 56 of Lexington, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at his residence. He was born March 13, 1965 in Lima, OH, the son of Rev. Dewell E. Perry and Violet Perry of Lexington. Jeff was a wonderful, loving father, grandfather, and son, who loved the Pittsburgh Steelers and anything related to college football. He was a retired contractor having built many homes throughout Lexington, and enjoyed music and singing. Besides his parents, he is survived by: his son, Dylan (Brianna) Perry of Richmond; his granddaughters who he was known as "Pops" to, Dakota, Josalyn, and Max, also of Richmond; a brother, James (Stacy) Perry of Versailles; a sister, Robin Willis of Frankfort; niece and nephews, Haley (Alec) Logsdon, James "Will" Perry, Jaylon Willis, and Benjamin Perry. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Road. Visitation will be 9:00-10:30 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be James Perry, Will Perry, Ben Perry, Jaylon Willis, Alec Logsdon, Jordan Downs, Michael McGuire, and Morgan Baber.
