Mrs. Sue Carol Lewis Conner, 73, of Waco, passed away on Saturday evening, April 3, 2021 at the Kenwood Health & Rehab Center.
Sue was born in Richmond, Indiana on February 17, 1948, to the late Milton and Mabel Cox Lewis. She loved her family and was a friend to everyone she met. Sue also enjoyed her animals and it didn't matter if it was kittens, dogs, horses, or pigs, she loved them all. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by: her husband of 56 years, Harvey Conner; one daughter, Libby Lewis (Doc); a special nephew, Eric Roberts (Rebecca Briley); great niece, Holley Caudill; one brother, Wayne Lewis (Doris); as well as many other extended family, neighbors and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her daughter, Lora Gay.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, April 9, 2021, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, W. Main St. Richmond, with Sister Terry Conner officiating. Burial will follow in the Manse Cemetery at Paint Lick.
Visitation will be after 11:00 AM on Friday, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be: Roe Conner, Coy Taylor, Charlie Walden, Tommy Waldon, Green Farmer, and Zeke Conner.
