Mr. George David Lee, 60, of Spring Lake, NC passed away Monday March 30, 2021 at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn, NC.
He was born November 24, 1960 in Fort Bragg, NC to Peggy Anne Coward Lee and George Washington Lee. George was preceded in death by his mother and a son, David Lee.
George worked for several years in the construction field as an electrician. His hobbies included listening to music and playing his guitar. George will be remembered for his humorous personality and his love of a good joke.
He is survived by his loving wife and partner of 35 years, Sheryl Lee; his daughters, Brittany Nicole Lee and Jennifer Anne Lee; his brother, Michael Edward Lee; his father, George Washington Lee; his sister-in-law, Renee Jackson; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home, the funeral service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday April 6th 2021 at Jernigan Warren Chapel; burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park West on Raeford Road.
