Sylvia Earlene Hall, 91, of Wichita Falls, Tx, went to be with Jesus on Thursday, April 1, 2021. Service will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2021 at 11 am, at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. A visitation for friends and family will be on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 6 to 8 pm at Hampton Vaughan.

Sylvia was born September 20, 1929 to Oscar and Della Mae Logue. The family always celebrated her birthday on December 10th, due to a mistake on her birth certificate. Sylvia married the love of her life, Billy Hall on September 30, 1948. They raised four boys, Harrold, Billy, Bob and Jerry in a tiny 2 bedroom house. Sylvia and Billy were married 55 years before he passed in 2003. Sylvia has had titles she answered to – Honey (wife), Mom, Mother-in-law, Grandma, & Great Grandma. She was an excellent homemaker, making sure all her boys had a good meal on the table. Sylvia enjoyed sewing clothes for her grandkids and would use her talent to earn extra income for the family. Later on in life (after Billy passed) she enjoyed & had a lot of fun at the casinos.

In later years she developed scoliosis of the spine and in 2016 she had to leave that 2 bedroom house that was "Home" and moved into Brookdale Sikes Lake. She lived there until 2018. She then moved to Royal Estates where her Granddaughter Brittney worked for Healing Hands and could be right there for EXTRA Care. There were many nurses from Healing Hands that cared for her since 2016, along with her shower aides Vickie and Ashili that she loved so much. During her time at Royal Estates, Sylvia became very artistic making the most beautiful flower bouquets out of orgami paper, along with other things she came up with. She had a great imagination when it came to crafts.

Sylvia was preceded in death by husband Billy Hall and son Harrold Hall, four brothers; Ira, Billy, Kenneth, W.B., and sister Marie, whom she was very close with.

Survivors include her sons; Billy Ray Hall and wife Rose, Bob Hall and wife Linda and Jerry Hall and wife Leanna, all of Wichita Falls, Tx, 7 grandchildren: Brittney Wells and husband Brian of Holliday, Tx, Leslie Harrison and husband Ross of Lakeside City, Tx, Greg Hall and wife Becca of Justin, Tx, Stacey Lavery and husband Cody of Amarillo, Tx, Bryan Hall of Wichita Falls, Tx, Monica Hall of Utah, and Whitney Hall of Wyoming, and 7 great-grandchildren; Jenna Hall, Maddy Lavery, Carley Wells, Crue Harrison, Ardyn Harrison, Kendall Wells, and Halle Bell Harrison.

We would like to thank Healing Hands for their wonderful care over the past several years. They were like family to Sylvia and she loved each and every one of them. During her time recently at Senior Care in Wichita Falls, we would like to thank them for their care for Sylvia, along with Hospice and its wonderful staff.
