She is preceded in death by her husband, Allen Garrett Sr.; her son, Allen Garrett Jr.; and Son-In-Law, Dan Ocain.
Jo Anne is survived by her loving daughters; Donna Holt (Larry), Peggy Ocain, and Renee Garrett; her grandson, Jacob Garrett (Valerie); sister-in-law, Thelma Lanton; Best Friend, Martha Cawthon;
and multiple nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on April 15, 2021, Visitation at 10:00m AM with services to follow at 11:00 AM:
