Linda Sue Oliver, 62, of Anderson, passed away on March 31, 2021, at her residence.
She was born on April 6, 1958, in Anderson, the daughter of Revis and Sarah (Benzenbower) Wood.
Linda graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1976. Following high school, she graduated from Anderson University in 1980 and then continued her education at Ball State University where she received her Master's Degree in Education.
She had taught at Grandview Elementary in Connersville and then at East Elementary School in Pendleton.
Linda is survived by her loving spouse whom she married July 27, 1991, Donald Keith Oliver; brother, Jeff Wood; step-daughter, Susie (Jay) Samuelson; grandchildren, Jacob Samuelson and Emily Samuelson; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Nancy and Bob Orebaugh; nieces, Molly Dodge-Baughman (Dan) and Katie (Josh) Hackney; nephew, Brent Orebaugh; aunt and uncle, Doris and Bill Benzenbower; great-nieces and nephews, Adriane, Eli, Seth, Evan, and Hannah; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Donald and Velma Oliver; and her grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation will be held at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street, Anderson, IN, 46013, on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Services will be at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Malbone officiating.
Burial will be at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
