Passed away Monday, March 29, 2021. Patricia was born on August 7, 1941, in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late Ralph and Helen Morgan Passmore. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Richard Passmore. Patricia is survived by her children, Cynthia (Lewis) Jenkins, David Joiner and Mark (Michele) Joiner; three loving grandchildren, Andrew Joiner, Megan Peverall and Kelly Melligan; two great grandchildren; brother, Harold (Myrtle) Passmore; sisters, Phyllis Peters and Sharon Weaver and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Patricia retired from Elmira College after 30 years in the financial office and volunteered for several years at the Southern Tier Food Bank. The family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St., at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 4-6PM. As all are welcomed, we will be adhering to NYS regulations for social distancing and attendance. Her Funeral Service will follow at 6PM with Chip Possee. She will be laid to rest at Fitzsimmons Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Those wishing to remember Pat please consider donations in her memory to a charity of one's choice
