Homer Baily died last Friday at Mrs. Abel's with consumption, and was buried at the Luther burying ground on Sunday at 1 o'clock. He leaves a wife and one child.

Elder Trevore did not preach last Sunday on account of Homer Baily's funeral which was at 1 o'clock but he preaches every night this week and probably next if the people board him and use him well. He ways that Washington township ought to have a church established in it. He also has promised to give us some temperance lectures.
