Frank John Burns, III age 57, of Ragley, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at his daughter's home, in Orange, Texas, on Monday, March 29, 2021. Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Frank at 6:00 PM, on Friday, April 16, 2021, at Woodland Church 13032 US 171, Longville, LA, 70652. Dorman Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
Frank was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on November 17, 1963, to parents Bonnie Mae Herman Burns and Frank John Burns, Jr. Frank had been a longtime member of Woodland Church. He worked as a boiler maker, with Ohmsted, for 23 years. Frank loved to go fishing and enjoyed spending time outdoors. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
He is survived by his children, Meagan Breaux and her husband, Kaleb, of Orange, TX, Casey Burns and his wife, Summer, of Kinder, LA, Cade Burns and his wife, Jessica, of Pineville, LA, and Cagney Burns, of Kinder, LA; parents, Frank and Bonnie Burns, of Lake Charles, LA; brothers, Darren Burns and his wife, Cheryl, of Lake Charles, and Michael Burns and his wife, Shawna, of Rolla, MO; 12 grandchildren, Kobe Burns, Camdyn Burns, Lyla Burns, Aubreyann Burns, Emma Burns, Kris Burns, Alyssa Burns, Keaton Burns, Ava Burns, Brynlee Breaux, Lane Breaux, and Parker Breaux; the mother of his children, Theresa Burns; and numerous nieces and nephews, and wonderful friends.
