Retired Police Officer Jay H Hill passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at the age of 69. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Amy C. Hill. Officer Hill, who was also a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, joined the Houston Police Department on August 16, 1975, Academy Class #71. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Southeast Division, Emergency Communications Division, Central Division, Narcotics Division, Traffic and Accident Division, Tactical Support Command and the Westside Division until his retirement on March 25, 1988.
