While attending college, Larry met the love of his life, Sarah Ann Mobley. Larry and Sarah were married on October 24, 1970 at Walker Baptist Church in Franklin. Sarah was the daughter of the late Luther Might Mobley and the late Lucille Harvill Mobley Parham.
Larry retired from Neely Coble Company with 39 years of service. He was a founding member and deacon of Spring Meadows Church of Christ. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He lived the majority of his life in Williamson County. Larry and his family enjoyed and participated in go kart racing plus Larry was an avid NASCAR enthusiast.
Preceded in death by parents, J.P. and Nelda Binkley Dugan. Survived by wife of 50 years, Sarah Mobley Dugan; sons, Chris (Sorrel) Dugan, Craig (Robyn) Dugan and Cameron Dugan; grandchildren, Grayson, Gavin, C.J., Selah and Brooklyn Dugan; twin brother, Harry (Carol) Dugan; twin sisters, Charlene (Hugh) Williams and Darlene (James) Fiveash and many other loving family members.
Visitation with the family was held 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, April 2, 2021 at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services was conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Dale Jenkins officiated. Interment followed in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family served as pallbearers.
