She was a retired nurse and worked at Chambers Memorial Hospital in the 70s and 80s.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Merl Dean Leonard; her mother and step-father, Grace and A.L. (Monk) Evens; father, Steven Vice; sister, Rosa Lee Blevens.
She is survived by her sons, Rodney Leonard of Tool, TX.; Roark Leonard of Irvine, TX.; John Leonard of Shreveport, LA.; Randall Leonard of Paris, AR.; grandchildren, Allen, Jolee, Valerie, Kayla and Mickel; and many great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Havana Cemetery with Rev. Ricky White officiating.
