Connie Louise Johnson Hatfield, 61 of Forest Hills, KY passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the Tug Valley Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.
Connie was born on July 21, 1959 in Pikeville, KY the daughter of the late Doyle Johnson and Beulah Johnson of Forest Hills, KY, who survives her. Including her father, she was also preceded in death by two nephews, Shannon Doss and Shawn Hatfield. Connie was a retired Pharmacy Technician from Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Including her mother, she is survived by her husband, Eddie Bruce Hatfield of Forest Hills, KY; her children, Joshua Bruce (Jeanna Elkins) Hatfield of Hardy, KY and Krista Lynn Hatfield of Hardy, KY; her grandchildren, Quentin Shawn Hatfield, Ryan Aliah-Tre Hatfield, Joshua James Doyle Hatfield, and Bryson Lee-Edward Newsome; her sister, Debbie (Irvine) Doss of Forest Hills, KY; her brother, Doyle Robin (Shelley) Johnson of Speedwell, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 beginning at 1 PM at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home chapel. Entombment will follow at the Mountain View Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Huddy, KY, with Connie's family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 6-9 PM. R.E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry, KY is serving the Hatfield family.
