Pamela Joy Allen was born February 3, 1951, in Lancaster, Ohio to Frederick and Ruth (Frank) Fosnaugh. At the age of 70, she Tuesday, March 9, 2021, she passed away at her daughter's home in Lancaster, with her family by her side.
Pamela was a loving mother and loyal friend, whose kindness often extended to those less fortunate than herself. Her gentle spirit and compassion will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew her. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by parents, Frederick and Ruth Fosnaughher; and brother Gregory Fosnaugh.
Pamela is survived by daughters, Angela Allen and Kimberly Allen; grandson, Jordan Allen; brother, Spurgeon Fosnaugh and his wife, and children; and sister-in-law, Kay Fosnaugh and her child.
