Born in Manning, Florida, he moved to Mulberry in 1962 from Bartow after marrying his wife Sharon Godwin. He was a Dragline Operator.
Carrol is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sharon Starling of Mulberry, FL; son, Kevin (Cindy) Starling of Florida; daughter, Janda (Ken) Taylor of West Palm Beach, FL; sister, Doris Percer of Gig Harbor, WA; 4 grandchildren, Ashley, Kendall, Kimberly & Jennifer.
