Reba was a homemaker, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She spent her life investing in her family through teaching Sunday School, volunteering at Vacation Bible School, taking her "girls" to piano lessons, church activities, school, band practice and everything else they were involved in. She even had time to sew a new dress on Saturday night to wear to church on Sunday. She never met a yard sale she didn't love and was a collector of all sorts of things – chickens, teapots, birds, glassware and whatever else caught her fancy. She loved with her whole heart and will be missed every second of every day by those who loved her.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 62 years, Leo Hodge; daughters, Janie (Joel) Warner of Cabot and Kathy (Randy) Cartwright of Nixa, Missouri; grandchildren, Randall (Hannah) Cartwright of Ozark, Missouri, J.T. (Brenda) Warner of Cabot and Megan (Chris) Myers of Austin, Texas; great-grandchildren Saylem, Gracyn, Charley, Addysen, Maverick, Eric, Adam, Mia and one due in July, as well as her four brothers, James R. Ford, Jerry Ford, Gary Ford and Terry Ford, all of Russellville.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 26, 2021, at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
