Michael was the first born son of Ruby and Clifton Christopher. He was a Vietnam Veteran, received Nation 1 Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with two Bronze Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal with Devise, Combat Action Ribbon and Navy Achievement Medal, was of Baptist Faith. He had one daughter, Laura Belle, who preceeded him in death. Most of his life he was self employed in Heating and Cooling.
