She was born June 22, 1922 to Sid and Maddie Rye in Erin,
Tenn. She was raised there and in Highland Park, Mich.
For the past 15 years she lived in Lincoln.
Mrs. Manners worked for Chrysler Automotive in Highland Park, Mich.
She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Manners is survived by two sons, R.T. Manners of
Fairview and Danny Manners of Wisconsin; two grandchildren, Robert
(Carolyn) Manners and Maureen (Mark) Kreger;
two great-grandchildren, Morgan Kreger and Christopher
Manners; one sister, Francis (Raymond) Gier of Melvindale,
Mich.; and her daughter-in-law, Kathy Manners.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
No services are planned. Cremation arrangements were
made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
