Prince Hieronim Radziwill was the son of Dominicus Maria Ignaz, Prince Radziwill, and his wife, Doña Maria de Los Dolores de Agramonte. He was married at Żywiec on January 16, 1909 to Archduchess Renata of Austria, with whom he had issue. Following her death, he was married at Warsaw onn January 28, 1937 to his cousin, Princess Hedwig Radziwill.
He was deported to a NKVD Gulag during the Soviet occupation of Poland where he died. He was buried at the family grave in Morawica.
