CAMDEN – Funeral service for Barbara Haynes Garner Marsh, 83, will be held on Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

Mrs. Marsh, wife of the late Kenneth P. Marsh, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Beatrice Anderson Haynes. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing and decorating.

Surviving are her daughter, Dora E. Brown (Gerry) of Lugoff; son, Robert Andrew Garner (Debra) of Fort Lawn; brother, Paul R. Haynes (Faye) of Camden, SC; sisters, Doris Haynes, Nevada Bronson, Brenda Snell (Bob) and Judy Rabon, all of Lugoff, SC; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Linsey Hicks Garner, Sr.; sons, Linsey Hicks Garner, Jr. and Joe Derek Garner; daughter, Vicki Lynn Garner; and a brother, William J. Haynes, Jr. (Brenda).
