Nancy Sue Brooks, age 71, of Xenia, Ohio passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born November 4, 1949 in Greenville, Ohio the daughter of Charles L. and Doris A. (Stivers) Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sons: Jonathan Brooks, Corey Brooks and Rodney Shaw; and sister: Sharon Thornton.
She is survived by her son: Daniel (Diana) Shaw; step daughter: Angie Reed; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; special friend: Jane Mannon, with whom she made her home; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She had worked with Greene County MRDD and Montgomery County MRDD before her retirement.
Her life will be celebrated privately and she will be buried at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Donnelsville, Ohio.
