Judy Hines, 77, of Cape Girardeau, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the Lutheran Home.
She was born July 19, 1943 in Cape Girardeau to Leach and Mary Reynolds Shelton.
Judy and Harold Hines were married November 16, 1963. He preceded her in death June 17, 1998.
Judy and Harold owned and operated Hines Hauling from 1963 to 1997 and Frontier Food Store and Restaurant in Fruitland from 1988-1994. She enjoyed telling anyone and everyone about her grandson, Nick. She was his No. 1 fan.
Loving survivors include her son, Brad and wife, Kelison Hines of Cape Girardeau, grandson, Nicholas Hines of Nashville, Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Bill Jim and Joy Doyle Shelton; sisters, Marianna Austin and Shirley Montgomery.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Bill Minor officiating.
