Mrs. W.R. Kelley, died at the home of her daughter Mrs. J.C. Clark, Friday, December 9th, while there on a visit.

The funeral was held Sunday, December 11th at the Clark home and interment made at Blakley Cemetery, Rev. Lantz officiating.

Susan R. Harnor was born in Hart county, Kentucky, Jan 11th, 1831 and died December 9th, 1910, aged 79 years 11 months and 5 days.

She was married to Mr. W.R. Kelley in June 14, 1852 in Hart county, Kentucky.

They removed to Kansas in the spring of 1856 in a wagon.

They moved to Greenwood county in 1880.

Mr. Kelley died February 8th, 1901.

Since his death she has made her home with her daughter Mrs. J.J. Vearout on the old homestead.

Early in life she united with the Baptist church and lived a devoted Christian the remainer of her life.

To this union eight children were born, six of whom survive; Mrs. A.P. McMurry and Mrs. C. M. Nugnut of, Idaho, Mrs. P.F. Vearout of Emporia, and Mrs. J.C. Clark of Lyons county, and Mrs. E. Achamfre, and 41 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grabdchildren.
