Nipper graduated from Wausaukee High School in the Class of 1969.
In 1970, Nipper began his career at Fort Howard Paper in Green Bay. He retired as a millwright in 2006 after 37 years.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #293 in Oconto Falls, Pine Lodge #188 in Oconto and a member of the Beja Shriners in Green Bay for many years.
Nipper enjoyed fishing, bowling and times spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by two children: Shari Young of Howard, WI and Jason (Roberta) Richardson of Oconto Falls,WI;
five brothers: Jerry (Karen), Scott, Tim, Jeff (Janie) and Todd Richardson;
a sister Cindy (Joey) Parker;
his significant other, Diane Dansereau;
his "grandchildren": Lilli, Mikyla and Parker;
as well as other family and friends.
Nipper was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
