Mr. Phillips died Sunday evening at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Utica.
Mr. Phillips was born in Boonville April 22, 1880, the son of Allen and Jane Mulligan Phillips.
On May 8, 1903, in Boonville he married Miss Laura Clark. She died June 2, 1962.
Surviving Mr. Phillips are five daughters, Mrs. Albert (Luella) Krambuhl of Boonville, Mrs. Hazel Fuller of Rome, Mrs. Ralph (Anna Belle) Nugent, Mrs. Joseph (Dorothy) Bartellotte and Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth) Parry, all of Boonville; 18 grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; a brother, Sidney Phillips, Utica.
His only son, Clifford died during World War II while serving in the army in England. Boonville Herald, Thurs., April 4, 1968
