Passed away suddenly March 23, 2021 at the age of 91. She is preceded in death by beloved husband, Wally; son-in-law, Jim; and special friend Ray Lundberg.
Joyce was a longtime employee of Alter Company and a lifetime Auxiliary member of the South St. Paul VFW. She also volunteered at Shannon Park Elementary & East Lake Elementary.
