Michael Eugene Daniels passed away on March 24, 2021 at the age of 68. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 27th at 3:30 pm at Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle. Family and friends visitation will be Friday from 5:oo pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mike was born on July 12, 1952 in Liberal, Kansas to Al and Marjorie Daniels. He graduated from Pampa High School and became a welder by trade. Mike enjoyed golfing, camping, fishing the lake on his water wagon, and playing Mexican Train. But more than anything, he enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying good conversation with his friends and family. Family was important to Mike and he rarely, if ever, let a family gathering where someone wasn't in attendance go by without calling them up and passing the phone around so everyone could say hi. He married Jan Millican on July 7, 2007 in Panhandle. To his adored grandchildren he was known as Grampa, Grampa Mike, and Taw Taw.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Al and Marjorie Daniels, and a brother-in-law, Lee Millican.

Survivors left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Jan Daniels, of Panhandle. Sons Mark Daniels and Rebecca of Almont, MI; Lance Daniels of Lubbock, TX; Step son Taylor Norvell and Jessi of Bonita Springs, FA. Daughter Carrie Spivey and Shawn of Canyon, TX. Step daughter Mandy Coatney and Brian of Mansfield, TX. Sister Cheryl Vardeman and husband Ronnie, of Eugene, Oregon, Brothers Alan Daniels and wife Bonnie of Kingsland, GA; Kerby Daniels and Candy of Panhandle; Scott Daniels and Diane of Oletha, KS. Grandchildren Brittany and husband Cameron Roy , Katelyn Spivey; Byron Daniels; Joshua Daniels; Preston Coatney; Carson Coatney; Natalie Norvell and Naomi Norvell. Numerous nieces and nephews.
