Robin Lloyd "Opie" Miller, age 58, passed away on March 23, 2021. He was a member of Crossroads Free Pentecostal Church. Opie was a well-loved handyman throughout the community. He greatly loved to cut grass and firewood. His giving spirit will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Douglas and Arvella Miller; maternal grandparents, Rob and Eula Fuqua; paternal grandparents, Doug and Mary Miller; Aunt and Uncle, Lilly and Marvin Howell.
Those left to cherish his memory include his sister, Monica Miller Durant; nephew, James Durant; dear friends, Larry and Cheryl Cochran; numerous relatives and other friends.
The Visitation for Opie Miller will be Friday, March 26, 2021, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow beginning at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Warren Slay and Bro. Jamie Cochran officiating. Burial will follow in Crossroads United Methodist Cemetery. Pallbearers include Matt Reeves, Brandon Fairley, Tommy Havard, Ryan Bounds, Derek Davis, and Stanley Fryfogle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to Crossroads Free Pentecostal Church at P.O. Box 1572, Lucedale, MS 39452.
