THE PARIS NEWS, Sun., Dec. 5, 1993, p. 14A: ‘Aubrey Wayne Andrews, 77, of Peoria, IL, a native of Paris, died Thursday, Dec. 2, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 6 at Long Cemetery in Powderly under the direction of Wise Funeral Home of Bonham. Mr. Andrews was born July 19, 1914, in Paris, a son of Robert L. and Betty L. Williams Andrews. He married Barbara J. Seibert Dec. 23, 1957, in Stillwell, OK. He was a farmer for 20 years and later a painter. He retired in 1978. Surviving are his wife; a son, Michael W. Andrews of Redding, CA; a daughter, Colleen Ferguson of Downey, CA; six sisters, Vera Simmons and Ophelia Anderson, both of Paris, Betty Jo Nall of Dallas, Nona Diverscour of Houston, Eva Campbell of Vallejo, CA, and Lera Westmoreland of Jackson, MS; and six grandchildren.’
